The USA Swimming Foundation gave its highest honors to world champions Ryan Lochte and Rebecca Soni at its sixth annual 2009 USA Swimming Foundation Golden Goggle Awards in a star-studded gala in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday.
Dana Vollmer, who once did an 18K relay in Fiji, beat out Fran Crippen for the Perseverance Award and Tyler Clary beat out Andrew Gemmell as the Breakout Performer of the Year.
