Portable Feeding Station

Courtesy of WOWSA, Huntington Beach, California.

Jordan Waxman, a private banker from New York, has devised his own portable feeding station that floats as it holds his feeding bottles, gels and extra goggles for use on all his open water training swims.

Jordan got the idea initially from Mike Tscantz-Hahn who just successfully crossed the English Channel on July 31st.

Waxman recently visited the renowned Dolphin Club in San Francisco, right on the shores of Aquatic Park near Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.

Waxman called Aquatic Park "one of the nicest places to swim with views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and the city skyline while you swim in a cool bay," as many swimmers from around the world have experienced.

Waxman extolled the facilities and people of the Dolphin Club after a recent visit, "The Club has a great sauna and shower, locker rooms and plenty of salty dogs telling old tales. They were quite friendly and supportive."
