The Manhattan Island Foundation brings a classic rivalry to the open water world with its Brooklyn Bridge Swim on September 6th. Team Brooklyn will take on Team Manhattan in the Battle of the Bridge competition at the Brooklyn Bridge Swim.
Teams of swimmers from the two rival New York boroughs will face off to see which team can finish the swim with the fastest average time. Team Brooklyn has taken home the trophy for the past two years.
